What we do
AL ARAIMI lists land, villas, apartments and commercial property for sale, rent and lease across all of Oman's governorates. Every listing is placed on a satellite map so you can see the plot in its real surroundings, not just read an address.

What sets us apart is verification. Where a listing has its official municipality krooki (site sketch), plot number and area in square metres, it earns a “Plot verified” badge and its boundary is drawn on the map. No guesswork about size or location.
Priced with the market
Our valuation and market-analysis tools compare each plot against live asking prices in the same area, normalised per square metre, so you can see whether something is priced above or below its neighbourhood average before you enquire.

How a listing gets verified

Seller uploads the krooki
The municipality site sketch, with the plot and plan number.

We check the cadastre
The sketch is matched against the licensed Oman lands layer.

Boundary is drawn
Survey corners are traced, and the drawn area must match the stated one.

Badge goes live
The listing carries “Plot verified” and appears on the map.
