We started with a simple frustration
Land in Oman changes hands on trust: a plan number scribbled on a page, an area quoted from memory, a location described by the nearest mosque. AL ARAIMI puts the official record first. We list land, villas, apartments, commercial and beachfront property for sale, rent and lease, and we place each one on a satellite map so the plot speaks for itself.
Verification is the whole point
Where a listing carries its municipality krooki, plot number and area in square metres, its boundary is drawn on the map and it earns a verified badge. Everything else is still welcome, just clearly marked as unverified, so you always know what you are looking at.
Priced against its own neighbourhood
Our valuation tools compare a plot against live asking prices in the same area, normalised per square metre, so you can see whether it sits above or below the local average before you pick up the phone.
