This policy covers the payments you make on AL ARAIMI: featuring an ad, reserving a unit in a project, and paying property installments. All payments are in Omani rials and are processed by Amwal Pay.

The price and length of a feature are shown before you pay. The feature starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you are charged but your ad is not featured, we either feature it or refund you in full. Once a feature is running it is not refundable for the remaining time, including if you take the ad down or the property sells.
A reservation down payment holds a unit in your name and comes off the unit's price. It is non-refundable, as shown before you pay, except where your agreement with the developer or Omani law gives you a right to a refund, for example if the developer cannot deliver the unit.
Installments settle the price of a unit under your plan, so refunds follow your sale agreement. You can ask us to turn off AutoPay at any time; installments already charged are not reversed, except for a wrong charge.
If you are charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us with the payment reference. Once we confirm it, we refund the difference in full.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Amwal Pay. When they reach your account depends on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Oman's Consumer Protection Law.
